About Tony
I have a degree in Computer Science and I have independently studied video game development and software used to make games, specifically MonoGame for cross-platform development. Additionally, I have taken a course to supplement my skill which helped me learn Unity 3D and provided means to assist others in learning how to develop a 3D game. This past year I have also tutored a student to develop 2D game using Construct 2D. Due to my appreciation for research and documentation, I invest time in learning the software to support my student through the development process.

My teaching methodology is to let the student explore their creativity and apply their knowledge while remaining on track to reach our goal. For our tutoring sessions on game development, the goal is to develop a game. There are fundamentals which will be practiced by making sample games and then the student will have the opportunity to implement what they have learned and make a prototype game they envision.
