About SNEHA
I have completed Post Graduate Diploma In Yoga Education from a 100 year old Yoga Institute, where I have learnt Traditional Yoga and Indian Philosophy.
I have conducted Yoga classes for a collaborative research project for Ministry Of Ayush and Kaivalyadham. I have also actively volunteered for Teachers Training for Yoga for children with special needs.
I am a certified Face yoga Instructor

Hello guys, i would highly recommend sneha mam for yoga classes.. she is very kind and good at understanding your problem.. Along with it she also helps you overcome any issues with your body.. i had a terrible lower back pain whenever I used to lift something heavy as i was overweight but attending her classes i have felt a change in me. I feel refreshed and energetic whole day and my lower back pain is gone n i have also reduced some of my weight.. i really thank her for addressing my concerns and motivating me..
