About Khadeeja
I have been tutoring and mentoring students since 2015 in my professional capacity as a Widening Participation Student Ambassador at the SOAS, University of London. I have delivered one-to-one sessions, group workshops and lectures to students aged 14 - 18.

Working closely with the University staff to develop and execute a range of summer schools and workshop programmes allowed me to extensively explore different teaching methodologies.
For English intellectual independence, instead of lecturing facts at students is vital. I help facilitate discussions and allow students to develop their own way of thinking. This works great in the long run as it is heavily skill focused. Students are better prepared for further studies and also life outside it!
Maths is more structured, therefore practice, practice and practice is what gets students the highest marks and that's the method I opt for it.
