About Gem
I am a trained Performing Arts teacher, with an Advanced Diploma in teaching performing arts, currently studying for a Masters in Music Education. I also have diplomas in piano, musical theatre and classical singing.
7 years experience teaching individuals and groups from age 4 all the way through to university students and adults.

I approach my classes from a technique perspective, ensuring to develop a thorough understanding of how the instrument works, and implementing this technique into appropriate material for a variety of ages.
This method is adapted depending on the age, experience and goals of the student, keeping lessons fun and informative, while instilling a sense of achievement after each session.
