About Bethany
I have given private tuition for years, in english and maths. I have also helped a range of students pass their IB courses in history, psychology, and maths. I can speak conversational German and Spanish, and have studied biology, chemistry, physics, and chinese up to a IGCSE level.

My teaching method depends on the subject and student, but I will go through by explaining any concepts that need clarifying, and then working through examples of that concept. I also jot down notes throughout the lesson, and turn these into summary sheets that I provide to the student shortly after the session, that include some worked examples (for maths or science) so they have a way of refreshing their memory, while encouraging them to take their own notes throughout the session.
