About Jamaal
I am a First Class Politics graduate from the University of Manchester, where I am currently completing an MA. I took two years out from university to work in television. I beat 1000 people for a place on the Channel 4 Production Training scheme, cast on The Voice UK, and pitched an idea to the country's biggest documentary festival, which was commissioned by the BBC. I also run the Theatre section of The Mancunion, where I manage a team of writers. My lessons will be both educational and entertaining - which I think is the best way to learn!

My lessons are for GCSE and A Level students. Lessons will be delivered online, e.g. via Zoom.
The length of a lesson is 1 hour but they can be shorter/longer if necessary.
The first lesson will include an exercise to identify where the student struggles or requires more work. Each lesson will focus on a different area, unless a student requires more work on a specific area.
I have worked as an editor, journalist and assistant producer, so I excel at research and am great at managing people.
