About Lydia
I am a recent Masters Graduate of Creative Writing from Open University. I also have an undergraduate degree in the same subject.
I am currently writing my own science fiction novel which I am close to finishing. Also, I am currently a science Technician at a school so have some inside knowledge of teaching.
I have done 2 years of one-to-one work with students as a learning support assistant, helping students with written tasks and reading development.
I am patient and caring and enthusiastic about the written word. I also love reading all kinds of fiction and love a good movie night.

I would also like to know more about you as a person to make the lessons more interesting and engaging for you. I would also support you with what topics and books you are currently studying. Providing you with ideas of how you can make your writing more engaging and feel more confident in your English class and exams.
I can also help with influential speech writing and essay writing for GCSEs and A Levels. Analysis, context, emphasis and conclusion is the technique I used throughout my GCSE to Postgraduate essays.
I look forward to sharing my knowledge and passion for English and literature with you.
