I played professional sports on elite level and after that I did my masters in sports psychology to understand the performance side of human brain and now help others achieve their best in life. I key areas of my teachings are goal settings, anxiety management and motivation.

About the lesson

I make my students understand the topic with either a story or my life experience and then want to apply that in their own personal lives. Mostly I try doing that by designing small group activities in the class so that they could apply that during the lecture
