I prefer positive and empathetic approach in teaching. Understanding student's abilities and adapting teaching techniques accordingly.
Creating interesting lesson plans (activity based) to make sure child's active participation in learning & I encourage child to learn at their pace. Helping child to be innovative and smart to perform well at test / exams is something I am appreciated for.
Teaching methodology is like inquiry based (ex. XSEED methodology , project or activities based etc. are used as students centric approach techniques. Grade 1 - 5 maths, Evs & social sciences (also for grade 5 - 10) are the subjects where my students have scored well in their exams.
Given home tuitions for two years all subjects for grade 6 student (maximum subjects have got A grading) and social science for grade 8 student (who had scored + 5 to 7%) & whose performance in their learning process is appreciated by their parents.
Am also a practicing CBT counselor and train for yoga, meditation and Breath works. All these knowledge received from these training helping to understand better and find solution or help child to learn faster and smarter with value based knowledge.
