About Joe
I started teaching guitar at sixteen and have always found it to be a great way to increase my own knowledge and ability. My students have gone on to perform themselves in school concerts, by busking and in local bands.

I am a self-taught guitarist who believes that each person has their own best way to learn guitar. I have been playing for over a decade and have performed solo and in bands as well as regularly attending open mic events. I have a BTEC in Music, specialising on performance. I like to teach my students how to teach themselves by setting short and long term goals and learning techniques through choosing songs that my students want to learn.
