About Charles
Only born in 2003, I can reflect on the challenges my teachers faced in attempting to engage my classes throughout my education. After a few months tutoring students, I have experienced many of these challenges and overcome them. Tutoring became a job which I've come to commit to, just as much as being a top-notch journalist. Inspiring the next generation in learning (especially when it comes to often-overlooked religious studies) has become a passion project which continues to challenge and inspire me in how to make learning fun. I grew up in South Wales (but unfortunately can't speak Welsh) but now live and thrive in London.

I am a proactive tutor with a focus on tailoring lessons to student needs. I have worked with a diverse range of students where learning more about their learning practices and interests can help me better improve engagement. I enjoy the challenge of getting students more interested in course material which I hope leaves a lasting impact in getting them more interested in learning. I am currently a postgraduate student journalist, following a bachelor's in Religion and Politics at King's College London. This has led me to offer lessons in both English and Religious Studies.
