About Harry
I am a student of Politics, Philosophy and Economics at Exeter University. I received an A* in English and an A in History at A Level and consider essay writing, literary criticism and textual analysis to be my main strengths. I have tutored coursemates and friends at university in essay writing and written reasoning.

I believe that writing is the single best way to properly formulate and order ideas, and studying the writings of others is essential to understanding how to articulate yourself clearly and with concision.
My teaching method revolves around giving structure to the often complicated and loosely-formed thoughts expressed in poetry, drama and other forms of literature, so that students may better comprehend how ideas are succesfully portrayed in text, in order that they may analyse and write with greater clarity.
Also, despite the last paragraph sounding pretty serious, I am actually quite a friendly person and I care about the English language and literature being understood, and know how much patience is required when grappling with new ideas and materials.
