About Dalton
Hi! My name is Dalton. As a recent college graduate in IT Systems Management and Security with direct peer tutoring experience, I know firsthand how intimidating technical coursework can feel at the start. My background is rooted in hands-on systems administration, networking infrastructure, and practical hardware and software support.
Outside of standard coursework, I spend extensive time building home network labs, experimenting with operating systems, and configuring automated tools, which means our sessions focus on real-world troubleshooting rather than just textbook theory. Having mentored students through difficult foundational classes, my priority is to offer a patient, friendly, and structured space where no question is a bad question. Whether you are aiming to pass an upcoming exam, complete a stubborn lab, or simply get comfortable navigating modern operating systems, I am here to help you gain genuine technical confidence.
