About Meg
I began my yoga journey over 20 years ago after sustaining a serious back injury. In my quest to further my practice I did my teacher training in San Francisco CA nearly 8 years ago. I fell in love with the experience of sharing my passion with others!Yoga helped me to heal and strength my body and now I get to share that gift with others.
