About Rakshitha
I am an MBA student at Presidency University, Bengaluru, with a strong academic background in management studies and a passion for teaching and mentoring students. My academic journey, leadership experiences, and practical exposure in finance, auditing, and business management have helped me develop a practical and student-friendly approach to learning.
I have actively participated in national-level management fests, won multiple awards, and served in leadership roles such as Placement Coordinator, NSS Coordinator, and Student Coordinator, which strengthened my communication, organizational, and mentoring skills.

I believe in making learning simple, practical, and engaging by connecting management concepts with real-life business situations and current industry trends. My teaching approach focuses on creating a comfortable learning environment where students can actively participate, ask questions, and build confidence in the subject.
