About Mariya
I am a Human Social and political sciences undergraduate studying at the university of Cambridge. I have previously worked in 'Academia' tuition centre, teaching kids aged 8-18 both English and maths. I have studied A level religious studies, government and politics and English literature, all of which i received A*'s in.

My teaching methods are always placed around the students preferences, for example if they are visual learners I always make sure there is less writing and more images.
I make sure my sessions are organised with minimal time wastage, I always prefer going over content first and ensuring there is some recall questions to revive what was taught in previous sessions. I end my sessions with practice questions and talked through exemplar answers, to ensure students know how to
apply knowledge into exam questions.
I go into every session knowing what is being taught and how long each activity will take.
