About Tasmiah

Hi, my name is Tasmiah, I am currently studying criminology at university. I love reading mystery and crime books and loving watching movies and tv shows based on this too. I have a very big family and lots of nieces and nephews, so I am around young children a lot (and they love me!) I also really enjoy cooking and exploring places. In my free time I like going on drives and exploring nature and discovering new places. I am a friendly and fun person and I am organised and kind. You will enjoy having me as a tutor because I am funny and energetic and each lesson will be different.

About the lesson

I will make sure that all lessons are well prepared and organised beforehand. There will be an easy structure to follow and I will ensure it corresponds with school work if needed. We will focus on what topics you struggle on most and go over the ones you are confident with just in case there is anything more to learn or add. The lessons won’t be boring, they will be enjoyable and you will learn in a way that does not make you feel drained or where you get bored easily. The workload will not be too much and we can work at a pace that is best suited to you. Homework will also be set if needed or if a topic takes slightly longer to learn you will have to go over a few things before the next lesson. We can make sure that we have a list of what we need to go through in the first session for future lessons so we can follow a routine for the other lessons. The lessons will also include a break and time to refresh. I am very patient so it’s okay to make as many mistakes needed and learn from them. It is important to make sure you are clear with the topic we go through before moving onto the next. Detailed notes will be provided and I can guarantee you will learn a lot during my lessons. All lessons will be interactive and not just casual reading and writing. I will arrange fun ways to learn where you can remember it more easily. I truly believe you will feel comfortable during my lessons due to my friendly and kind personality.
