About Omi-fitness expert
I am a professional natural bodybuilding athlete, working as a fitness professional from last 6+ years with experience of 6 years in strength training. I am a certified trainer, certified yoga teacher Training. I also work as a nutritionist, I have completed my diploma in dietetics health & nutrition. I am very much obsessed with my fitness regime & consistent about my clients' training.

I prefer the session on requirements basis , body types from beginning to intermediate with nutrition tips also. I work with clients with fundamental knowledge of mind muscle strength connections , right posture with fine range of motion, these things help them to understand their body and a good diet plan is helpful to grow muscles .
