About Elizabeth
I have just finished my PGCE Primary and Early Years (3-7) course and have been recommended to the Department for Education for Qualified Teacher Status.
I have had previous experience volunteering and working in Primary Schools and Preschools / Nurseries. Through this experience I have gained knowledge in a variety of teaching techniques and strategies and have developed the skill of differentiation.
I have a completed a BA Hons in Early Childhood Studies, GCSE & A-Level Health and Social Care and I am passionate about helping others to achieve highly. I also hold qualifications such as a DBS Certificate, Safeguarding Qualifications and Paediatric First Aid Qualifications. All of this has helped to expand my knowledge of Childhood and how to best cater for the educational needs of the child.

Whether your child needs help with new learning or catching up over the summer, I am here to help. Through my training and qualifications, I have a firm understanding of the National Curriculum, so can provide appropriate lessons.
I believe that all students are different and therefore I take an individualistic approach based on what works for you (or your child). We will work together to learn more about you (or your child's) best study style and and by doing this I will be able to make all of my lessons fun and engaging. After all, learning shouldn't feel like a chore!

Elizabeth is very calm and patient, which in turn calms you down as well. She knows how to adjust her approach depending on who she’s talking to so that everyone knows what they’re doing. She’s also very funny, which can also help to calm you down and make you feel more comfortable. If you make a mistake she will go back and show you where you went wrong and how to do better next time.
Elizabeth is a hard working and focused individual. I would recommend her as she is extremely friendly, supportive and professional. If you would like an organised and confident tutor then Libs is a great option for you!
Over various experiences of volunteering alongside Elizabeth she had displayed her friendly character. Elizabeth is very approachable and her patience rarely runs thin.

Details
£15 for 1 hour (for 1 student)
For each additional student there will be a charge of £2 and the block booking promotional price will differ.
Single student lessons can be conducted via Zoom, Google Meet or Skype. If multiple students are connecting from different devices, lessons will be conducted via Google Meet or Skype. If this is an issue, please let me know and we can discuss the extra fee for Zoom.
