About Connor
Since graduating, I have had the pleasure of working with a range of needs and abilities within a school environment. I have adapted my teaching to ensure every learner is challenge and motivated to learn.
I strongly believe that learning comes from attitude, therefore one of my prime focuses as a teacher is to ensure every child adopts a growth mindset that drives their learning across the curriculum.
I thouroughly enjoy the crestive side of teaching; every lesson is different and the ways of reaching the desired learning outcome are endless. I alternate my lessons and plans to ensure they are based around each individuals needs. Whether they are more practical or creative, there are always ways to get them in touch with subjects they struggle to find enjoyment in.
Being my passion, teaching has allowed me to change childrens lives and and give the upcoming generation the tools to sour through their educational journey.
