About Skye
I am a primary education student who has an interest in improving mental and physical well-being. I enjoy dancing, running and socialising with my friends. I would like to help others to become more aware of their mental and physical health and well-being and ways that they can improve them.

My teaching methods are very simple... we can sit and have short discussions around how we are right now, our well-being etc. and from here we can look at what is best for us - I can educate on different aspects of mental and physical well-being and things that can affect these, as well as methods to improve them.
