About Amy
I am kind, patient, nurturing, and encouraging. I am a mom of 3, and have a child who struggles with reading. I treat all of my students the way I would expect and hope my child’s teachers would treat him. Watching children grow as readers is probably the most rewarding part of my job, so I am always there to cheer them on along the way.

I have created and taught lessons that have aligned with standards, while also being engaging for young learners.
