About Sara
I am a qualified massage therapist of 23 years and yoga teacher for 8, but practicing for 25 years. I have experience in teaching both privately and in groups of up to 20. My students have given me feedback that they were sleeping right through instead of waking up. Chronic aches and pains diminished. More energy and less sickness.

My teaching style is Hatha based. I was fortunate to study privately with my teacher whom studied in India for 30 years - 15 year with B.K.S Iyengar of Iyengar yoga and for another 15 years with K.Pattabhi Jois creator of Ashtanga yoga. These are my influences. My teaching style is professional and focused. I take a more serious approach to health and wellbeing, but a few laughs never go astray. I teach a receptive series of asanas (postures) with attention to alignment.
