After an enjoyable initial meeting with my student, I carefully assess their chess level and identify which stages of the game they need to improve. Then, I create a personalized study plan to help them reach their full potential — using chess books, professional programs, and modern training resources that have been essential in my own chess development.

During our lessons, we’ll analyze your games and work on how you can play better by identifying and fixing your weaknesses. I always strive to provide the best possible learning experience. My lessons are interactive, structured, and supported with homework and study materials for independent practice between sessions.

Over the past six years, I’ve been giving private lessons to students of all levels. Many of them have shown remarkable progress and achieved impressive results in tournaments and online play. Nothing makes me happier than sharing my knowledge and watching my students grow as chess players.

To get a feel for my teaching style, I offer a free trial lesson — feel free to schedule your first session anytime!

  • 1) When did you start practicing? How did this passion find you?

I was introduced to chess at school when I was in 2nd grade, at the age of 8. My teacher, Mesut, whom I loved very much, was giving lessons in the chess club, and thanks to him, I took my first step into chess.
  • 2) Which artists or works affect you the most?

As someone who sees chess as an art, I can say that Magnus Carlsen is my favorite artist, and I enjoy watching and analyzing his games.
  • 3) What are the qualities and skill required to succeed in this area?

To be successful in chess, I believe that loving the game itself is the most important factor. Of course, hard work and practice are also essential for achieving success.
  • 4) What is the most valuable advice you can give to help someone stay focused on creative projects?

The most valuable advice I can give is to set clear goals, minimize distractions, and establish a routine. Consistency is key, and embracing imperfection helps maintain momentum, as progress matters more than perfection.
  • 5) How would you describe your passion; how does it make you feel?

I love playing and teaching chess. Spending time with chess makes me happy.
  • 6) What creative achievements are you particularly proud of?

Thanks to my success in chess, I was awarded a sports scholarship from Ozyegin University, which made me really proud. :)
  • 7) Have you ever been surprised by a student; by their ability or quick progression?

I have had many students who have surprised me, and I am proud of all of them. I always do my best to help them reach even higher levels.
  • 8) Being a Superprof is an art! What is your secret?

I love being able to teach and help people-it makes me very happy to see my students improve. I believe that loving your job is the most important factor in being successful, and I truly love teaching chess. I can say that this is the secret to my success.
