About Tanya
I've been teaching yoga since 2011 and worked with many individual clients. I have experience working with people with different needs and abilities as well as different body types. I am a 200-RYT (registered yoga teacher) a 95-CYT (Kids yoga teacher). I hold a CPR/AED/First Aid certification.

I work with kids and adults in groups and individually. I've been practicing various yoga styles for 15 years and I've been teaching since 2011. My classes are tailored towards your individual needs, I've worked with girls recovering after pregnancy, clients wanting to get more fit, people with limited abilities, stress. Whether you want to destress and relax through yin yoga, get some good stretching after work or sweat it out with a Vinyasa flow; or maybe you want to take it slow and try Chair yoga - contact me and I will be happy to work with you!
