About Jaime
Harpsichord teaching requires special attention to touch, with emphasis on articulation and a lot of sound attention to produce the most beautiful sound on plucked keyboard instruments.
On my Spinet, a portable model of harpsichord, I offer the student a teaching methodology focused on:
- Use of books with exercises and small baroque pieces to introduce you to the universe of the instrument;
- Presentation of more elaborate pieces, over time, by composers such as Bach, Couperin, Rameau and Scarlatti to the student's repertoire;
* Classes with progressive levels of difficulty, according to the student's experience.

Graduated in Cravo by UFRJ, he has participated in concerts and recitals at Cravo. In classes, he has the following experiences:
- Supervised teaching for basic and intermediate students (Master's program at UFRJ - PPGM);
- Course "Introduction to Harpsichord and Baroque Music" at the Villa-Lobos Music School (2 months, guest professor);
- Private lessons for students of different ages.
