About Elise
Hi, I’m Elise! I’m a dedicated A-Level English student with a real passion for language, literature and helping others grow in confidence.
Outside of academics, I’m a keen footballer and referee, which has helped me develop strong communication skills, leadership and patience — all qualities I bring into my tutoring. Being involved in sport has taught me discipline, resilience and how to explain things clearly under pressure.
I’m also a big reader and genuinely love analysing texts in depth. I enjoy exploring how writers use language to create meaning, which is something I help students understand in a clear and manageable way. Whether it’s breaking down a tricky comprehension question or building a top-grade essay paragraph, I enjoy helping students have those “it finally makes sense!” moments.
