About Peter
I'm a professional actor and writer.
A graduate of Drama Centre London, I offer private acting coaching and audition preparation.
Whilst in training I sat on the DCL audtion panel, gaining an invaluable experience of how a drama school audition room works. I have extensive knowledge of classical and contemporary plays; together we can find material which suits you.
We start from the ground up, where there's no such thing as a 'stupid question'... In the room we will work on:
Textual analysis: a methodological approach to classical (complex text) and contemporary speeches;
The Stanislavskian approach;
Movement;
Character;
Voice;
Audition interview technique: what to expect, and how to be fully prepared
I recommend a class of two hours to benefit you most.
Most recently, my regular student gained a place at Drama Centre London. In addition to my acting and writing, I have recently assisted renowned theatre director Di Trevis in her workshop for professional actors.
