About Mona
Trained as an Actor with an MFA at York University, I have been an acting and performance coach for over 20 years. I have coached hundreds of working professionals, students at the university, college and high school high school levels, who are now working as actors and singers in Canada and the US.

I have worked with actors and singers from 7 to 87. My approach is unique, effective and useful. It blends all the key acting techniques with psychology, neuroscience, and mindfulness findings, which have emerged from scientific research over the last 30 years.
Whether you have finished a degree, have studied a number of techniques with different independent schools and teachers, or are just starting out, I can help you bring all your knowledge together in a process that works for YOU.
Artists are by nature sensitive. You want to be able to put your sensitivity to into your work, but you don't want to let it hold you hostage in life. I can help you face, understand and conquer your stage fright and performance anxiety with reliable techniques that can change your artistic life, and increase your ability to work professionally.
