About Nick
I have worked as a professional actor for 30 years, appearing in major theatre, television, film and audio productions. Throughout this time I have also worked regularly as a coach and acting teacher. I believe strongly that affirmation and compassion are an important element in coaching the student actor to "behave truthfully under imaginary circumstances".

I have taught Meisner technique at several major drama schools. With scene/monologue work, I have a Stanislavski based approach, identifying objectives and breaking the scene down into intentions. I also use my Meisner background to explore emotional preparation.
I have worked with teenagers, college students and postgraduate students. Typically my coaching sessions are 2 hours, although I am very happy to provide longer sessions.
