About Natasha

Es una de las personas fundamentales en mi recuperación post cogido, no sólo me ayudó a salir de una de las peores situaciones que he vivido sino que me enseño a quererme como soy, y a ver lo fuerte que podía llegar a ser. Tiene una gran habilidad para ayudar a sacar el máximo potencial de la persona, a mí, personalmente me mostró como dar los pasos correctos en el orden correcto y me quito con la técnica que emplea en muchas experiencias pasadas,además es una pasada, porque cada experiencia queda resuelta en la misma sesión , increíble, sin duda siento que voy más ligero y con una mochila que pesa cada día menos.
Otra cosa que me gusta mucho es lo pendiente que está de los avances, y la cantidad de recursos que te da para enfrentar miedo cuando de repente ocurre algo que nos puedes evitar, y cómo gestionar rápido una emoción dolorosa.te sientes acompañado.
