About Matt
With over 22 years of experience as a bassist and 5 years as a dedicated music teacher, I’ve built a career rooted in both performance and education. I’ve played with a variety of talented artists, including those who have supported iconic acts like Paloma Faith and Paul Weller, gaining invaluable experience on professional stages. As a teacher, I’m committed to nurturing the next generation of musicians, sharing my knowledge and passion to help young artists grow in confidence and skill. My goal is to inspire creativity, discipline, and a lifelong love for music in every student I teach.

I am a Degree level Musician so, together with my student, I can manufacture lessons to cater to any age and level of ability to ensure each session is engaging and most importantly, fun. All whilst learning and refining your skill on the bass guitar. Lesson range from 1/2 Hour to 1 hour typically.
