About Nerea
I am a contemporary dancer, I studied at the London University of Dance and worked in the Scottish National Company. Since 2015 I work professionally as a dancer and creator in companies in Spain, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Switzerland. I have always liked teaching very much, so I have tried to combine acting and teaching. My teaching method is feedback, that is, I try to maintain open communication during practice in order to provide adequate and concrete feedback to each person. The classes adopt a specific form in the structure of the subject, being at the same time flexible since it seeks to accommodate the needs of the people. I like to combine the knowledge of dance and yoga in the classes to get a practice that includes working on flexibility, musculature, relaxation, mobility of the whole body, breathing, etc. I am interested in emphasizing the personal care of each one and accompanying them in that process.
