About Honza
My name is Honza (he/him) and I am a professional dancer and a yoga teacher. I have a BFA in Dance performance and over 4 years of professional experience dancing with companies and on national tours. I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and I hold the 200hr teacher training certification.

I approach yoga as a way to connect to one's own body, a unique instrument that we carry with us through our whole life and that carries all of our history inside of it. I enjoy guiding my students through a sequence that allows for modifications, different levels of intensity, and always a few challenges. I emphasize breath-work and a mindful approach to the whole class, be it attention to where we hold tension or what habits we have formed that might prevent us to get deeper into a pose.

In-person group (2 and more students) classes cost $30.
In-person individual classes cost $40.
Virtual classes cost between $20-25 depending on the number of students and time of day.
