About Taiwo
As a teacher of 10 years, I approach any teaching opportunity with a full professional approach and I set clear expectations, boundaries, and goals. I have worked with students and parents from all over the world and I have learned how to maintain my professionalism while still adhering to the needs of the student. All of the students I have taught experienced growth and success while learning with me. I believe that pacing, comfort, and providing support are key factors to building a learning environment that fosters success.

With 10 years of diversified teaching experience in my career; I am a standout candidate for your ELA, writing, speaking, and literacy needs. I have taught in both private and public institutions in the United States. Additionally, I have taught in private schools in Morocco and Kuwait. This alone sets me apart from most English teachers as I have a foundation of cultural awareness and ESL/EFL experience. My first approach to being a teacher is to be a student. I take time to listen and learn about the needs of each of my students and discuss with them their ultimate takeaways for the class. I do not believe in a one size fits all in regards to methods and techniques. There are a plethora of ways that learning can be implemented, so after I learn my student then I make the best-personalized learning approach for them. I can teach the above subjects to all levels and ages. I am an expert in lesson planning and curriculum development and I promise to create a learning journey that any student can succeed with.
