My courses are designed to help you solve real-world problems and become more independent, without stress or jargon.
We always start with your needs (for example: difficulty using your smartphone, your phone's storage filling up, a printer that isn't responding, an unstable internet connection, problems sending emails, photos to organize, lost accounts) and I explain a simple method so you can do it on your own afterward. The first session is always face-to-face, at your home, using your own equipment (computer, tablet, smartphone, internet box, printer).
I find this helps establish a real connection. Computer problems can be numerous, so the following list is not exhaustive, but I can assist with:
- Smartphones/tablets (iPhone/iPad, Android): setup, daily use, tips, settings, storage, emails, calls, photos, applications, backups
- Computers (Windows/Mac): setup, daily use, tips, files/folders, installations, slowdowns
- Home internet: router, Wi-Fi, passwords, repeaters, connections
- Printers/scanners: installation, Wi-Fi, printing, scanning to PDF/sending by email - Emails and accounts: configuration, sorting, attachments, account recovery
- Security: passwords, scams, essential protections, online payments
- Computer software: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams), Chrome, Safari, Edge, ChatGPT. Depending on your preference, the following can be done on-site or remotely.
The goal is not to “do it for you”, but to do it with you, at your own pace, so that computing becomes simpler on a daily basis.
