Hi there,
I'm a recent arrival in Nancy.I' moved from Bordeaux to teach Literature at the Sigisbert high school in the OIB section. I am Agrege (2008) and I also have a Masters in Creative Writing from the University of Sussex (UK). I spent five years in England working in private schools and one-on-one. I've given private lessons from my years of prepa (HAL and KAL at Lycée Montaigne in Bordeaux) at different levels. I usually try to cover four activities (listening, reading, speaking and writing) during a lesson but often students have specific questions that eventually shape its course. It's better this way I think as I don't believe everyone learns the same way. For adult courses or high levels, I usually use cultural supports (poetry, novels, philosophy and cinema mainly ) but I always keep translation exercises. However for specific purposes (Science Po and Schools of Commerce, for example) supports are mostly political and economic.

Perfect! Vincent est un professeur très à l'écoute et entreprenant. Il donne envie de poursuivre son travail et recherches.
Perfect! J'ai fait appel à Vincent pour accompagner ma fille qui envisageait d'intégrer une section OIB britannique ou américaine en seconde. Vincent lui a fait découvrir la littérature anglophone et sa méthodologie. Cela a conforté notre fille dans son souhait d'orientation. La qualité des cours de Vincent lui a également permis de progresser et d'être reçue à l'ensemble des OIB auxquelles elle a postulé. Merci Vincent, c'était parfait !

Il saura s'adapter à vous, à vos besoins, vous motiver pour progresser. Pour moi, qui voyais l'anglais comme une corvée, voire une cause perdue, ses cours m'ont montré que l'on peut apprendre l'anglais avec plaisir!Je suis devenue amie avec Vincent a la fac de Bordeaux quand j'etais etudiante en Erasmus, et c'etait une une super chance parce qu'il m'a beaucoup aide pour les modules de litterature en francais et de traduction. C'est un super ami et un excellent prof!
Vincent est un excellent professeur, avec des vastes connaissances en littérature. Ses cours ont toujours étés marqués par des échanges très intéressants. Il a le don de créer de très intéressants dialogues sur n'importe quel livre ou pièce de théâtre.

My rate is always 25 euros per hour for 1, 2 or 3 students (some enjoy learning in group) but it increases for four students and up.
