About Blake
I am an experienced Piano tutor with over 18 years of tutoring experience. I teach Piano to school students, college students, and working professionals who want to learn music for education, creativity, or relaxation. My teaching philosophy is student-centered and encouraging. I believe learning piano should bring confidence and joy. I guide students patiently and explain concepts clearly.
My lessons include hand coordination, finger exercises, rhythm practice, sight reading, and music theory basics. I also help students develop musical expression and consistency. Lessons are paced according to the student’s comfort level. My notable achievements include mentoring students for school and college exams, recitals, and cultural programs.
Many students have improved their skills and confidence. I also enjoy helping adult beginners overcome hesitation and enjoy piano learning. My goal is to help students develop a lifelong love for piano and music.

Understanding always comes before speed. I ensure students clearly understand scales, chords, timing, and hand coordination before moving forward. Lessons are structured step by step, allowing students to learn comfortably at their own pace. I also guide students on effective home practice methods.
Communication is simple, patient, and supportive. I explain concepts using easy language and demonstrate techniques on the piano. Students are encouraged to ask questions and share learning goals. Integrity plays a strong role in my teaching. I maintain honesty, professionalism, and respect in every lesson. Apart from piano, I also teach music theory, tempo control, ear training, and basic performance skills to support overall musical growth.
