About Léo
I am a 23 year old athlete who trains full time and fights in MMA at the professional level as well as in Jiu-jitsu and grappling.
I am the 2019 FSGT French grappling champion.
My record is 1/1/0 in MMA and 1/0/0 in Pancrace at the professional level.
I have around thirty amateur fights in all disciplines.
I also have a bachelor's degree in communication.

The courses I offer are intended for all levels of practice, from beginner to advanced level.
My methodology is based on structured courses with first of all a warm-up adapted to the taught sport where I could analyze your level of practice in order to be able to orient the course accordingly.
Then comes the technical part focused on repetition to allow body and mind to integrate the mechanics of the techniques presented. I am proficient in holding Pao, bear paws, striking shields ...
The course generally ends through practice, particularly with controlled and supervised randoris with myself or a training partner. For the fist-foot part, light sparring is also possible.
I will come to your place or we can consider the outdoor class.
