About Shiobhan
I am a mother of 3 teenagers, a P.E Teacher, PT and in my final year at Uni to finally complete my Bsc degree in sports, fitness and coaching. My dream job would be to train professional athletes as I love to see everybody I work with achieve their absolute physical best through dedication and determination.
