About Tayara
With 12 years of professional tutoring experience, I teach guitar to school students, college students, and working professionals. I enjoy helping learners discover music and express themselves through guitar playing.
My teaching philosophy focuses on strong basics and practical application. I believe that students should clearly understand what they are learning. I explain concepts in simple language and help students apply them through songs and exercises.
My teaching covers chords, scales, rhythm exercises, strumming patterns, picking techniques, fingerstyle playing, and song learning. I also introduce simple music theory to support confident and correct playing.
Over the years, many of my students have performed on stage at school and college programmes. Watching students grow musically and gain confidence is one of my biggest achievements.
I aim to create a calm and motivating learning space. My goal is to make guitar learning enjoyable, practical, and effective.

My teaching methodology is student-centred, practical, and based on real-world learning. I believe guitar learning becomes effective when students understand how music works in real situations. I use real songs, everyday practice examples, and simple case studies to explain guitar concepts in a clear and relatable way.
I start by understanding each student’s learning style, pace, and personal goals. Some students learn visually, some by listening, and others by practice. I adjust my teaching methods accordingly while keeping lessons structured. Communication is clear, friendly, and encouraging. I explain concepts in simple language and repeat important techniques until students feel confident.
Integrity is very important in my teaching philosophy. I provide honest feedback and help students set realistic goals. Guitar lessons focus on building strong foundations such as posture, finger technique, rhythm accuracy, chord progressions, and tone quality.
Along with guitar, I also teach supporting subjects like basic music theory, ear training, rhythm exercises, song structure, and basic improvisation. My aim is to help students become confident, disciplined, and skilled musicians.
