About Marco
Moved to New York in 2018 and graduated with honors from The New School of Jazz and Contemporary Music in 2022, with scholarships from The New School and the Latin Grammy Cultural Foundation. Since then I have toured with my own group in the United States, I have performed with different bands across the country, and have traveled internationally to perform. Focusing on jazz, world music, rock, reggae, and pop; but always open to different genres. I have been teaching privately to adults for 10+ years, and been working with elementary, middle school, and high school students across NY since 2022.

Mr Marco is great! He teaches me bass very naturally and patiently. I enjoy how he breaks down the sections so that i can understand the timing.
I heard of Marco through a friend.
Since I started learning with him, I have been feeling way more confident playing the songs I always loved, and I feel like I have deepened my connection with music through the guitar.
I would reccomend him because he has a very clear way of explaining concepts, as well as giving excersices to develop concrete tools that are focused on what the student is interested in learning.View more recommendations
