I have known Vincent for a considerable time. He has been involved in church music as long as I have known him. During this time, he was also my student in a conductorship course I presented. And struck me as a very well-balanced musician, and equally well-oriented teacher of music. His musical abilities are further exposed through his instrumental skills and how he understands composition and performing what composers have captured on a manuscript. His interpretive skills, passion and advance knowledge together with his interpersonal skills make him an excellent candidate for this position. In addition, he conducts himself very professionally and has the highest respect for his students, as he has for his superiors.
