About Sebastian

I am a multi-instrumentalist from England having studied in Berlin at the British and Irish Modern Music Institute (BIMM) I have 10+ years of experience playing guitar and bass as well as other instruments such as keyboard. I have university level of Music Production (Ableton and Logic) which I am also happy to give lessons

About the lesson

I base my classes around what the student wants to learn and apply theoretical knowledge to not only help the student play with the correct technique but to also allow them to understand what they are playing. So that in the future they can apply it in different contexts.

Having worked with Sebastian on a film score as well as being lucky enough to see him perform live, I can attest to his outstanding musicianship, not only in his specialist instrument (bass) but also his his all round qualities as a musician.

Sebastian is able to break down and explain music theoretically and practically, in an eloquent, yet simple way, allowing even musical novices like myself understand the ins and outs of how music works, why it works and how I can adapt that to my own work / projects.

He is also a kind, patient and genuinely funny guy who's presence makes everyone he interacts with feel comfortable and welcome.

I would whole heartedly recommend Sebastian to anyone who is looking to learn more about bass / music in general with a person who is capable, kind and down right good at what he does.
