About Danyel
I've been acting in NYC, overseas, and across the country for over 15 years. I love what I do and I've been blessed to be able to work consistently. I've originated roles that have gone on to be successful in a number of theaters, and I've garnered some awards and accolades on the journey. However, one of the most important compliments that I've received from a colleague is that I'm a "safe space." I want to be a safe space for all artists and people I encounter and for you on your acting journey. What we do is vulnerable and delicate. Being a safe space to learn and explore is imperative for growth and the expansion of our imaginations. After all, that's all that this is. Imagining. We're all kids who grew up needing to tap back into our imaginations. I look forward to helping you on that journey.

My name is Danyel, and I love the art of storytelling. No matter if I'm singing, or acting, I want to find the most specific way of telling that particular story. Our job as actors is to invite our audiences to change their perspectives or move them into changing the world in their own way. This is done by specificity in storytelling. Storytellers are the actors who book, and I want to help you to do the same. We will always start with a warm up to expand our bodies and minds. Then we'll dig into material you bring in or something in my archives. I can't wait to "play."
