About Manon
Trained in the Jazz and Chanson departments of the National Music School of Villeurbanne and in the Jazz department of the Lyon Conservatory, I am also inspired by TCM, Estill and Roy Hart pedagogies.
I am currently pursuing training in Sound Yoga and Psychophonie. I also have extensive practice of Yoga and various relaxation techniques. The musical and the bodily are for me fundamentally linked, I work to nourish one by enriching the other to cultivate joy and full presence in my life! I have been giving lessons for several years, always with the same pleasure!

If you are a beginner, I will accompany you for your first steps by offering you small games and easy pieces, for a smooth entry into the world of your voice.
If you are more advanced, I base my lessons on your voice, on what I hear and perceive, and also on what you have spotted as blockages. I offer you adapted exercises to allow you to develop your tone and sing the songs you have chosen!
Particular attention is paid to posture, anchoring, breathing ... I will suggest exercises to relax you and come into full contact with your body, the singer's instrument!
We can work out a personalized routine for your voice together, if you want to work between classes.
I can suggest you pieces to work on if you don't have a specific desire. We can also tackle polyphonic singing, as well as vocal improvisation, if you feel like it :)
