About Honi
With 10 years of experience teaching Spanish, I have successfully guided approximately 150–200 students from beginner to advanced levels. My teaching philosophy is based on personalised learning because I believe every student deserves lessons that reflect their abilities, goals, and preferred learning style. My mission is to create a positive learning experience where students enjoy the process of mastering a new language.
I provide structured lessons that strengthen grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking. To make learning engaging, I use practical conversations, language games, cultural discussions, and real-life examples that help students communicate naturally and confidently in Spanish.
I believe a supportive learning environment plays an important role in student success. I encourage learners to participate actively, ask questions freely, and practise consistently without fear of making mistakes. I provide constructive feedback, monitor progress carefully, and celebrate every achievement to keep students motivated throughout their learning journey.
One of my strongest qualities is my ability to adapt teaching strategies to suit different learners. I create customised lesson plans, simplify challenging concepts, and provide additional resources that encourage independent learning.

I approach teaching Spanish with a methodology that is engaging, flexible, and focused on student success. Accountability guides students to set goals, monitor their progress, and take ownership of their learning.
Integrity ensures that lessons are honest, fair, and tailored to the learner’s individual strengths and challenges. I use Flexibility to adapt lesson plans, exercises, and strategies according to each student’s needs, learning style, and proficiency level.
Communication is key; I encourage active participation, conversation, and interactive exercises that help students internalise grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. A Positive environment motivates learners, builds confidence, and encourages curiosity.
I also include complementary subjects such as literature, grammar, vocabulary, and cultural studies to provide practical context and enrich understanding. My goal is to help students gain fluency, develop confidence, and enjoy learning Spanish.
