About Eugene
Hello I am working as a Technical Support having 5 years of experience in IT support of a college level
infrastructure. I have been working under a System Administrator as an assistant. My role in the organization is to
Maintain, Configure, Troubleshoot of all the I.T related Issues in the campus. I have completed masters in computer science luckily soon after graduation i got a chance to work under the
capacity of technical assistant in the same college from where i have graduated. The kind of exposure this role offered helped me
a lot in understanding the real world challenges and situations faced when working as an It support. I started to develop holistic
approach in solving any problem in any given scenario rather than focusing on just one aspect and hashelped a lot in increasing
my knowledge in this field. But it never stopped me from pushing myself a bit further to learn as I am always up for upgrading
myself, keen to learn new things and explore new opportunities
