About Marc
TESOL teacher with 20 years experience in the Far East, Middle East, Europe and the UK. Specialist in IELTS, ESP, Business, Technical and General English for all ages and abilities - current DBS and government approved. I am a native English speaker with a degree from a top UK university and the Trinity Certificate in TESOL. I have taught thousands of students from all over the world and have helped them realise their true potential - many of whom are now successful in a number of specialist fields and who still write to me thanking me for giving them the confidence and inspiration to be the best that they can be.

I teach mainly one to one, pairs and small groups and the students are the focal point of every lesson. Each lesson is tailor-made with the main emphasis being placed on learner needs and desires so that the students are as much a part of their language development as I am in terms of the aims, objectives, creativity and content. The first lesson is always a consultation (and always free) where I just listen to what the student/s reasons are for learning/improving their English and then build the lessons according to their realistic goals and within the time frame that they specify.
