About Marika
I have been playing violin for sixteen years, during which I have earned a bachelor and master’s degree in violin performance. I have worked with students of all ages and abilities, and have familiarity with many styles of music including Baroque, Classical, Romantic, 20th century, and have experience preparing for professional orchestra auditions. I am also familiar with much of the major concerto repertoire.

I have experience with both in-person and virtual lessons, and have worked with students of all ages, from beginners to college students. Half-hour and full hour lessons are available. I can help you with technique, work on current repertoire, or help you get ready for a performance or audition. You may provide your own materials, or I can send you some materials as needed.
